How we collect, use, and protect your information on ugc.am and in the UGC apps.

This Privacy Policy explains how UGC (“UGC”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you use ugc.am, our mobile applications, and related services (together, the “Services”).

By using the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

UGC is a creator and brand collaboration platform that helps brands find creators, run campaigns, and manage user-generated content. For privacy questions, contact us at brands@ugc.com.

2. Information we collect

We may collect the following categories of information:

  • Account information: email address, name, role (brand or creator), profile details, company name, handle, country, and other information you provide during registration or onboarding.
  • Profile and portfolio data: bios, rates, niche preferences, social handles, portfolio images/videos, and campaign-related materials you upload.
  • Communications: messages between brands and creators, support requests, and emails you send us.
  • Usage and device data: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, app version, pages viewed, and approximate location derived from IP.
  • Push notification tokens: device tokens used to deliver notifications if you enable them.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: cookies and local storage used for authentication, preferences, analytics, and performance.

3. How we use information

We use personal information to:

  • create and manage accounts and profiles;
  • provide, operate, and improve the Services;
  • match brands and creators and facilitate campaigns;
  • send verification codes, service notices, and (where allowed) product updates;
  • deliver push notifications you opt into;
  • provide customer support and respond to inquiries;
  • monitor security, prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce our terms;
  • comply with legal obligations.

  • Other users: brand and creator profile details visible in the platform as needed for collaboration;

  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to appropriate safeguards.

Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for such transfers.

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, including providing the Services, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and meeting legal requirements. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us.
